Swimming Pool Inaugurated on the School Campus
Ranchi: A newly constructed swimming pool at Sharda Global School was inaugurated on Thursday. District Superintendent of Education (DSE), Ranchi, Badal Raj, along with Rajendra Prasad Budhia, Promoter of The Republic Private Limited, Passenger Tyres and Mahindra & Mahindra Tractors, formally inaugurated the facility.

Chief Guest Badal Raj appreciated the school’s infrastructure and facilities, saying that students are being provided with opportunities that are not available in many other schools in Jharkhand. He highlighted that swimming is not merely a sport but also an important life-saving skill.
According to him, swimming improves physical fitness, builds self-confidence and discipline, and also contributes to mental development. He praised the school for introducing a life-skill-based programme for students and expressed hope that Sharda Global School would become a role model for schools across Jharkhand.

School Director Deepak Banka said that the objective of the school is not limited to providing academic knowledge, infrastructure and facilities. The school is committed to providing students with the right environment and direction to help them move forward in life.
He said every child should receive opportunities to identify and develop their individual abilities. The new sports facility will help students develop not only physical strength and fitness but also mental confidence and resilience.
